Bio (from Metal Knights The Resurgence Of Swedish Steel 1983-85)
Unfortunately I haven't managed to gether much information about this once highly promising band. Crime had some great songs but unfortunately they never got to record that man of them and they split up way too early. The band started out in the early 1980's. The members were Håkan Olsson (vocals), Stefan Moberg (guitar), Erik Hultgren (guitar), Ove Hultgren (bass) and Stefan Andersson (drums). As the last name suggests, Erik and Ove are brothers. The band recorded a two-song demo in 1984. These were the only songs Crime got to record in a studio. Besides these, the band had plenty of other great songs, like "Loser", "Run For Your Life", "No Romance", "Watch Out", "Lost In The Fire", "Knights of Evil" and "Pray for Mercy". Maybe the band would have got to record these songs if they hadn't split up shortly after the demo as they unfortunately did.

Håkan (whos last name now is Göthberg) later joined a band called Samhain (not to be confused with several other bands with the same, or similar, names) that recorded a two-song demo in 1985. This didn't last long though as he left the band to do his military service and for family reasons. No idea whatever happened to the other members. The logo design is made by Scott Waldrop from a sketch of what the Crime logo used to look like.
