Die (As I Sit Here And Cry) is written and recorded by Spit It Out features Lars TC Anderson on bass and vocals, Carsten Rickermann on guitars and Dennis Johbarn on drums. The band Spit It Out had several set-ups and members, this set-up as a trio had a rawer and more guitar-based sound than some of it's priors. The dark lyrics reflects agony, but concludes that one should never give up.
