Info From Janne Stark's Encyclopedia The band was formed in 1994 under the name Crime of Passion, but changed to Mentor's Wish in 1996. After the album they went through some member changes. Engström (later in Masque) was replaced by Nicklas Johnsson, who also sang on Hammerfall-guitarist Stefan Elmgren's solo project Full Strike. In 2001 Bengt Weber replaced Eric and Fredrik Larsson recplaced Christer. The band had material written for a second album and in 2002 negotiations were taking place with a label for a future second release. It however never surfaced. Christer was later involved with his own band that went under the name Catch 22.
