Arizona was essentially a continuation of Diavox under a new name. Formed in 1984 by the original Diavox members, the band soon saw a lineup change when Tony departed to join Morgana Lefay. He was replaced by two new guitarists (names unknown), and with this refreshed lineup, Arizona recorded a demo in 1985. Unfortunately, the band disbanded shortly thereafter for reasons that remain unclear.
Despite the split, some of the remaining members began writing new material, and the future looked promising. Tragically, everything came to a halt when Kari died in a car accident. After that, nothing was ever the same, and the story of Diabox/Arizona came to a somber end.
