Demobanken is Sweden's largest site for unsigned bands with over 2,200 groups affiliated, and is run by DIGFI in collaboration with Studiefrämjandet. On Demobanken, musicians/artists can publish their songs and then get a page where they can present themselves, their band and their music.
Selection for this album went like this: During D-Day on 24/3 2006, a national demo collection took place and from this these 20 artists and bands were then selected.
