Info from Spotify
From the ruins of the band Mr. Tiger, The X Union was created back in 1993. The band entered the studio to record the single "The morning will come / I'm a rock n'roller". The single was released in 1995 and the band started a tour trying to redefine their sound. After the tour the band decided to record a new full length record. Recordings began at The Electric Room Studio in Umeå. For two years, the band recorded the album together with local musicians as Lisa Miskovsky, Christer Lindberg, Ronald Vikström, Fredrik Lindvall and Rickard Frohm. In summer of 1997, the album 'Dash' was released and got really good reviews. In the fall of 1997, the band suffers from personal tragedies that makes it impossible to do any kind of tour or promotion. The band decides to take a break. During this break, the drummer Lars Öhman decides to quit the band. In 1998, the band received an offer to participate in a compilation record called "Released by X-mas" and record the song "White Christmas". The band is now a trio consisting of Mikael Reinholdsson, Ulf Larsson and Börje Reinholdsson. After this recording, The X Union is laid to it´s last rest.
