Nexile was a melodic rock/hard rock band with members from Sjulsmark, Pitholm, Siknäs, Kiruna, Töre and Morjärv who was part of the Piteå
Ripp-Rock association. Had the song "Finns Det Liv, Finns Det Hopp" on the rock association's 1982 compilation 'Ripp-Rocks Skiva'. They also attended the selections for Rock-SM 1982 at Kårhuset, Luleå, 1982-09-02.

With inspiration from home (Sjulsmark, Pitholm, Siknäs, Kiruna, Töre, Morjärv) six boys got together and formed a band at harvest time in 1980. Big city rock became the band's gift. After diligent training in the coldest barracks in Norrland, Nexile threw themselves into the touring life. After 2½ years on the move, the boys had burned their powder. Now (November 1) they are all going their own way towards new hysterical successes.
