Promotion Music 92 is a new way of presenting new Swedish music. In an increasingly tough music industry, new groups/artists find it difficult to reach out. "The vicious circle" i.e. no disc, no gig / no gig, no disc are familiar concepts to many groups. Promotion Music will change that.
On this annually recurring CD, eight new groups are presented for radio, TV, newspapers, gramophone companies, booking publishers, music publishers, etc. In addition, Promotion Music 92 is distributed for sale.
In order to participate in Promotion Music 92, a large number of groups have sent us their "demo tapes". A jury consisting of industry professionals has then selected eight groups for participation on the CD.
If you play in a band yourself, you are welcome to apply for participation on next year's Promotion Music CD.

The Wolves are a real live band!
We are well known from the south of Europe to the polarcircle. We have performed many times in radio and television in and outside of Sweden. We speak several languages and write songs in Swedish, English and Hungarian. We have made cassettes in Swedish and English and during the spring we are going to record songs in Hungary. We are all brothers and sisters born in Lund, Sweden: Charlie (1971), Annie (1975), Isabell (1978) and Beatrice (1980). Our mother is from Jämtland in the north of Sweden and our father is from Budapest in Hungary. Our parents are musicalic and our grandfather is a real musician.

Liverpool have Paul McCartney, New Jersay have Bruce Springsteen, Sollefteå, in the gigantic Norrland, have Firework. It's always difficult to describe a rock group and put a label on their music but if you describe Firework as a messy, guitar oriented rock band with roots in blues you get close. That a lot of 70's rock, blues and some punk appear in the record collections can't be denied. The line-up are the classic, drums, bass and two guitars. Synthetic music with drum machine and sampled sounds are not highly rated by Firework. No, joy of playing, heat and alarming marshall-sound precedes overproduced "skvalmusc". The material are written by Åhman / Nordlander and arranged by the whole band. Firework debutes on CD with the songs "Smalltown City" and "Play The Game". Both songs are quite representative for the groups music.
