Formed by four guys at Bräntebergsskolan as a punk band under the name Attack in spring 1979. The band changed the name to Attaque when they discovered there was a different band with the same name, they also changed the style to "Swedish rock". The band did about 25 gigs, the first one at Bräntebergsskolan, Umeå, autumn 1979 and the last gig at Allaktivitetshuset on Öbackavägen, Umeå, 28 May 1983. They attended Elviras popbandscompitition in 1982 and advanced to the semi finals.
The band wrote and played songs such as "Konfirmation", "Ljuva 80-tal", "Tiden Som Försvann", "Social Misär", "Fyra År", "En Förlorad Natt", "Söt Champagne".
