Formed in 1981 by Peo Pettersson (later vocalist in LEVITICUS), Henrik "Henkan" Norrström, Otto Lövgren, Clas "C-G" Johansson, Lasse Eriksson and Tommie Pettersson. During the years 1981 to 1985 X-RAY toured frequently and made for instance a long tour with the American rocker Joan Jett. At that time Joan Jett just had her breakthrough with the world wide hit "I love rock'n roll". Joan Jett's manager Kenny Laguana was so impressed by the X-RAY band that he immediately called and invited the Swedish record companies to listen to the concerts!. X-RAY recorded two singles and recently released a compilation CD entitled ' Unfotgettable Adventures (2010)'.
