Knockout was a Swedish AOR band from Stockholm, consisting of Simon "Tapani" Asikainen (vocals), Mats Ymell (guitar), Daniel Grüter (bass), Raul Fernandez (keyboards) and Jesper Kviberg (drums).

Mats wrote the song "Carina" for LARZ KRISTERZ and produced the album 'Stand By For...' for MÅNS ZELMERLÖW.
